Vanity already came built and was easy to put together, looks exactly like the pic and already got compliments on it even though our bathroom is still under renovation!
Quality and look of vanity is excellent. Delivery was late and not very helpful. Wrong countertop provided - single hole instead of triple. Had to replace tap at an expense but most customer service at Bathify were helpful and courteous. Error was at manufacturers end. Could not correct order in timely manner
Placing our order with Bathify was a very easy and rewarding process. Danial in customer service was extremely knowledgeable and gave all the information we needed to make our choice in the Regal vanity. Shipping was swift and Day & Ross driver was helpful in putting the vanity into our garage. Product was packed very well on a pallet with strong cardboard to keep the product safe thru shipping. Unpacked the vanity and were really impressed with the care taken to keep the vanity safe in shipping. Truely thankful for the entrire process. We had a vanity delivered from a big box depot and returned it due to subpare product! Cutler is an excellent product and we will return to by additional products from Bathify. Thank you for your excellent service and for providing such high quality product.
