Delivery was quick and no hidden fees. Vanity is sturdy and looks great quality. It is heavy but was easier to carry up to the bathroom in parts (mirror, base, sink, backsplash). We changed out the brushed nickel hardware to match our matte black accents (5in handles).

This vanity fit our small bathroom space perfectly and the smart system of drawers provides significantly more storage than our old vanity. Very substantial vanity. The quartz top with single faucet hole maximizes counter space with a clean look.

I'm very pleased with the Rio vanity -- the marble top feels high end and the vanity itself is sturdy and was simple to install. I was disappointed with the customer service when my first vanity order arrived damaged. It took several days for me to receive a reply that Bathify recognized the damage, was sending me a replacement and confirmed that the damaged vanity should be disposed of. The second delivery went off without a hitch.

Vanity arrived timely, packaged extremely well and even more lovely than reflected on the website. I highly recommend Bathify and will definitely order from them for my next project.

We spent a lot of time looking at all the different shower system combos and we’re so glad we decided on this one! The gold color is exactly what we were looking for - it’s not bronze and it’s not an overly yellow gold. I would describe it as a true to slightly muted brushed gold color. All of the parts feel substantial and high quality. I read some reviews that said the handheld hose felt plasticky and cheap but I didn’t find that to be true. The handheld clip came missing a rubber gasket but Bathify quickly made that right and sent a working replacement. The rain shower feature is great and the head also pivots so you can get more of a traditional shower experience too (also good for taller people). The thermostatic valve is super convenient so that you don’t ever have to worry about getting the temperature just right. The dial options allow you to use the rain shower, the handheld, or both at the same time. For the price, you definitely can’t find anything better!!!

We bought this vanity to replace the one at our cottage on the second floor. No comparison to the previous one! It now looks sharp, clean and of good quality. At an affordable price on top. We had to glue the counter top and assemble it with the associated plumbing and despite our little experience, it went smoothly. We are very happy with the final result!
