Aqua Riccio Single Lever Faucet

I have purchase > 2.5 K in items for a bathroom reno (including this faucet). I discovered the faucet was too tall but was about 1 week past the "return date." I reached out to ask if they would consider allowing me to return, given the fact I was purchasing a replacement faucet from them, and they declined. I don't imagine I am the first person who bought items in advance for a reno and may have not noted incompatibility until the reno was underway. In this day and age, and with the amount of money I had laid out to this company, I would have appreciated a tiny bit of consideration. I now own a faucet I cannot use that is brand new in box. Not the best example of delighting your customer.
