This is a great combo kit, that is equal parts high quality and functional.
I haven't heard of bathify before, so I was tentative with this order. But I was impressed that the order came quickly and the customer service followed up my queries promptly.
This 3 way shower looks really nice and you can feel that it is a quality product. It is packaged very nicely as well.
My complaint is that water marks show up it very easily (I got the brushed nickel) and you would need to clean it very often to keep up the look.
Also, the water pressure is not great. I am not sure whether it is designed this way or not.
Looks great! Unsure about quality, had to have the cartridge replaced as it was leaking upon install. Did not expect this from a new product. Shower head is light, feels like plastic. Thought it would be heavier.
Hi RB, thanks for the review! We are happy that we were able to resolve the cartridge issue for you, as this was a manufacturing defect from Riobel directly. Regarding the shower head, this component is made of 100% metal. The only component of this shower which contains a plastic-like material is the hose for the hand-shower piece, as this is required to be flexible. Beyond this, the shower is made of brass.
the hand held does not give as much water pressure as I would like and I cannot get the hand held to work separate from the shower head

I adore this shower system, it's so clean, modern and stunning, and works very well. I even had my builder comment on how Riobel products are some of the highest quality he's ever worked with, better than brands even twice or more the price.
The only small downside is that the there are only two jet setting options on the hand shower, and the smaller one kind of weirdly sprays out the water and doesn't create a high pressure jet at all. But the other setting works great so not a big deal.
On the whole, love it! It was the cherry on top for our bathroom renovation.
